I am taking advantage of the night cycles of some classic videogames, and by taking advantage I mean that I will be able to take night photographs for this new challenge in the community.
To tell the truth I want to vary a bit with the night styles and for that I will be photographing three totally different videogames, so you will see from serious and stealthy scenarios to gigantic buildings that light up the night.
The nocturnal stealthy
For these night photographs, I have taken up the stealthy missions of a Russian in the middle of the Cold War. Coincidentally, you may have already seen photographs on this very balcony in my previous posts, but as this time it is specifically about night photography, this place was not to be overlooked.
I again took in the night breeze from the balcony of a presidential suite, and that moonlight will accompany me wherever I go on this mission.
Lastly I took another photo a bit intrepid, because it looks like I'm about to bite the moon hahahaha, this shot was taken while I was climbing the walls like Spider-Man to get to the other balcony where my target was.
Night ambush
And as I told you in the introduction, I couldn't miss that variation of night styles, so I have taken my helmet and rifle to accompany the marines on this war mission called "The Swamp" and it's not because there is water, but rather it refers to the unknown that awaits us under the deep darkness of the night.
We were on our march along the main highway. Destruction enveloped our path, on the other hand, as I looked up at the sky, I noticed that distinctive dusty style to the air, something that is immersive, especially when it comes to a conflict set in that part of the world.
An enemy RPG-7 blew up our air support, at which point we discovered that enemy troops had ambushed us at night.
The enemy really knew how to use the surprise factor and the darkness of the night was also in their favour, as they were firing non-stop from a ruined building!
But we had one card up our sleeve, and that is night vision!
One of my companions was surprised by an enemy, so I didn't hesitate to take advantage of this moment to photograph the melee in the dark.
After taking pictures without moving a muscle, I realised that my soldier was almost at the end of his rope.
I didn't wait any longer and helped him by making a deadly stab at the enemy.
As the enemies were unaware of our presence, it was very easy to eliminate them from the shadows - I certainly have to thank those who created these beauties to see in the dark!
Look how they were concentrating on shooting at my comrades, so much so that they didn't even see me enter their position.
Shining city
Once again we have been ambushed while on our way in our helicopter, however, we survived to tell the tale, as we are the Suicide Squadron itself.
For this night photography session I have chosen Harley Quinn, one of my favourite characters of this videogame.
The textures of this place are magnificent, it's as if you were playing in a comic book, a clear example being these buildings that glimpse into the night.
But as you may already know the Suicide Squad has certainly suicidal missions xd so in this city our duty is to cleanse it of these symbiotes.
The brightness composed by flashy tones is something I enjoy a lot, as it is something common in this DC Comics universe, so here I show you some illuminated facades.
Apart from the destruction caused by the symbiotes, one can only say wow at the sight of the buildings that greet us in this adventure.
There's the helicopter engulfed in flames if you notice, the smoke animations are comic book style!
It's time for me to go, so I show you the capture of the central station that apart from the good lighting of the posters, also has a natural spotlight that illuminates from the sky. Have you managed to see it?...
This whole night adventure has made me quite sleepy hahaha and I say that because I've been a bit sleepy writing this post, it's already 11pm, so I'd like to see your comments tomorrow down here, I wish you luck in the challenge!
