We are very close to the end of the year, I'm having some difficult days that video games are making me take a calmer way, maybe you will see more post like this here on blog, today I want to bring you a game that for some time is sitting on my pc just for me to open it every so often to enjoy all the atmosphere that proposes.
Tetris has long been one of the best known video games ever made, it has hundreds of versions on practically all the consoles that exist, but Tetris Effect is my favourite version of the classic game so far, just look at these screenshots.
In terms of gameplay not much changes, we continue with the same pieces as always while trying to arrange them on the same board without filling it to the top, for each line that we fill we can clean it and accumulate points.
The change is really in how aesthetic and immersive the game becomes, to the point of taking it to a completely new experience and a perfect party game, we have different levels where we will have to clean a certain amount of lines, in the background we will have some spectacular animations that can vary between volcanoes, deserts, the depths of the sea or the moon.
Each level has its own way of getting us fully into this experience, at times relaxing at others challenging, the difficulty advances as we clean the lines as well as the animations that together with the music make an atmosphere that if you have headphones or any sound system surely you are going to enjoy much more.
I took some of the screenshots that I liked the most, I have recorded a couple of videos too that I plan to upload on 3Speak of some of the games but just by looking up some of these levels on Youtube and listening to everything that happens on the screen you will be mesmerised by the shapes and images that are presented to you, again the variety of levels and themes is huge in travel mode so there is plenty to cut through.
Then there are the other game modes, we have a quick start mode that will give us some of the levels we have already unlocked previously in travel mode, with some slight modifications, it also has a multiplayer mode that I would like to be split screen, but it only has the classic online which by this point should be pretty dead.
If we get fully into the difficulties we are going to take a couple of surprises, I remember that already in levels 4 and 5 and it was hard enough for me to keep up with the speed proposed by the game and more than once I resigned because it takes a lot of reflexes to think and put all the blocks in the place you want.
I can not describe this Tetris in a better way than a party game or to de-stress for a while with one of the most classic video game classics, it really stands out from many of the versions that have passed through the consoles having a solid visual proposal at all levels as well as a huge music that complements perfectly all the light show that proposes, a game to have it on the pc and play it from time to time.
Estamos muy cerca del final del año, estoy pasando algunos dias dificiles que los videojuegos me estan haciendo llevar de manera mas calmada, quiza vean mas post como este por aca en blog, hoy les quiero traer un juego que desde hace un tiempo esta sentado en mi pc solo para que yo lo abra cada cierto tiempo para poder disfrutar toda la atmosfera que propone.
Tetris viene siendo desde hace mucho uno de los videojuegos mas conocidos que se han hecho jamas, tiene cientos de versiones en practicamente todas las consolas que existen, pero Tetris Effect puedo decir que es mi version favorita del clasico juego hasta ahora, solo miren estas capturas.
En cuanto a jugabilidad no cambia mucho, seguimos con las mismas piezas de siempre mientras tratamos de organizarlas sobre el mismo tablero sin que se nos llene hasta el tope, por cada linea que llenemos podemos limpiarla y acumular puntos.
El cambio esta realmente en lo estetico y envolvente que se torna el juego, al punto de llevarlo a una experiencia completamente nueva y a un juego de fiesta perfecto, tenemos distintos niveles en donde tendremos que limpiar una cierta cantidad de lineas, de fondo tendremos algunas animaciones espectaculares que pueden variar entre volcanes, desiertos, las profundidades del mar o la luna.
Cada nivel tiene su propia forma de meternos de lleno en esta experiencia por momentos relajante en otros desafiante, la dificultad avanza a medida que limpiamos las lineas asi como las animaciones que junto a la musica hacen una atmosfera que si tienes audifonos o algun sistema de sonido seguramente vas a disfrutar muchisimo mas.
Saque algunas de las capturas que mas me han gustado, he grabado un par de videos tambien que pienso subir en 3Speak de algunas de las partidas pero solo con buscar algunos de estos niveles en Youtube y escuchar todo lo que pasa en la pantalla ya quedas hipnotizado por las formas e imagenes que te presente, nuevamente la variedad de niveles y tematicas es enorme en el modo viaje asi que hay bastante tela para cortar.
Despues estan los demas modos de juego, tenemos un modo de inicio rapido que nos dara alguno de los niveles que ya hemos desbloqueado previamente en el modo viaje, con algunas ligeras modificaciones, tambien tiene un modo multijugador que me gustaria que fuese a pantalla dividida, pero solo tiene el clasico online que para este punto debe estar bastante muerto.
Si nos metemos de lleno en las dificultades nos vamos a llevar un par de sorpresas, yo recuerdo que ya en los niveles 4 y 5 ya me costaba bastante seguirle el paso a la velocidad que proponia el juego y mas de una vez me resignaba porque se necesitan muchos reflejos para pensar y poner todos los bloques en el lugar que quieres.
No pueo describir este Tetris de mejor manera que un juego de fiesta o para desestresarte un rato con uno de los clasicos mas clasicos del videojuego, de verdad que se distingue de muchas de las versiones que han pasado por las consolas teniendo una propuesta visual solida en todos sus niveles asi como una musica enorme que complementa a la perfeccion todo el espectaculo de luces que propone, un juego para tenerlo en la pc y jugarlo de vez en cuando.
