I started off with something different but when I looked at it all done I wasn't happy. What I'd drawn was sort of like my first entry into contest #9. It was clever with the word and had symbols that were all brightly coloured inside it (see photo below). Good enough, yes, but is that my style? Do I have a style?? All questions I asked myself but didn't really have any answers.
So it was back to the sketch pad.
I have never been that artistic. I do remember getting kicked out of art class at school but that may have been more a bad behaviour than lack of artistic talent. Though maybe the lack of artistic talent caused the behavioural issues.
I tried to keep it simple and am thinking that maybe I can improve and build a little through each contest.
I didn't get kicked out of graphics so I thought I would start there this week and hopefully add a bit more style and flare in the future.
