I want to share with you a find of street art that I came across in the city of Lutsk, which is in the Western Ukraine.
This is my entry for the CCC's Street Art Contest #143, hosted by @digi-me.
Do you think it's all for the beautiful decoration of the city walls, or for setting yourself up for reflection and self-immersion in thoughts? I remember when I was still going to school, oh, it was a long time ago))))....it was at that time that we first heard the word graffiti. It was something from another dimension, groups of revelers gathered somewhere at night and painted the walls of the city, entire buildings, historical monuments, in a word, everything that came to hand on the way)))
Як гадаєте, це все для гарного оформлення стін міста, чи для налаштовування на роздуми і самозаглиблення в думки? Пригадую, як ще ходила в школу, ох давненько ж то було))))....саме в той час вперше ми почули слово графіті. Це було щось з іншого виміру, групки тусовщиків збиралися десь ночами і обмальовували стіни міста, цілі булинки, історичні пам'ятки, одним словом все , що попаде по дорозі під руку)))
As a well-bred child, it was hard for me to even imagine what kind of thing this "graffiti" was. Such groups of boys were monitored by the police, and sometimes they were punished either with a fine or with correctional labor. There was even such a thing that various myths were made up about them, like they mark houses for thefts, or they "stuffed" in this way the meeting place of the right serious people in the right place - almost like from a blockbuster about criminal authorities)))) it's funny to remember.. But once when I returned home from school, my cousen pushed the box, asked me to hide it until tomorrow, and when I looked in there I was scared - there was a whole bag of spray cans with wall paint. For the fact that I will protect the treasure and the secret of its hiding, I was promised to show the "masterpiece on the wall". Yes, it is probably not for nothing that they say that the forbidden fruit is sweet. This is the story of how I got involved in the bad - I painted some dwarf on the house with fluorescent spray)))) it was like wow how cool )))
Мені, як чемно вихованій дитині, навіть уявити було важко , шо це за діло таке, оте "графіті". За такими групками хлопців влаштовували спостереження міліціянти, і навіть якось там карали чи то штрафом чи то виправними роботами. Було навіть таке, що складали про них різні міфи, типу там позначають будинки для крадіжок, чи ще "набивали "таким чином місце зустрічі потрібних серйозних людей в потрібмому місці - майже як з блокбастеру про кримінальних авторитетів)))) аж смішно пригадати... Але один раз повернувшись зі школи додому, мій двоюрідний брати припхав коробчину, попросив щоб я сховала до завтра , а заглянувши туди я аж злякалася - там була ціла торбешка балончиків з настінною фарбою. За те , що я берегтиму скарб і таємницю переховування, мені було обіцяно показати "шедевр на стіні".
Of course, the boys went to the art school and what they painted on the walls was really cool, but illiterate people like me were a kind of polluter of the walls. Every time looking at some dwarf with a brief indication of who you are and where you are going, it causes disgusting surprise, but the drawings of such a plan, which I am showing today, are a kind of art. Interesting design of a modern city, eh? I know from architectural sources that there are places, in every city, where buildings have historical value and they try not to change them in a modern way, but to maintain them in the appropriate form, not to change the windows, the "coat" etc. , sometimes illiterate artists, like me in my childhood, painted the walls purely out of curiosity, and those "masterpieces" can only be painted better in order to wash them off. This is one of the ways in which the situation was messed up, and it is even more interesting, when they arrange places of rest and training in this way, or in general, such a correction makes you stop and google, for example - who is this, that Zinkevich... he is so peculiar method of information development))))) did you like it?)))
Так, напевне не даремно говорять, що заборонений плід - солодкий. Ось така історія того, як і я долучилась до поганого - намалювала якусь там карлюку на будинку люмінісцентним балончиком)))) це було типу вау як круто))). Звичайно хлопці ходили в художку і те, що маоювали вони на стінах було реально круто, а от такі неграмотні як я були своєрідними забруднювачами стін. Кожен раз дивлячись на якусь карлюку з короткою вказівкою хто ти і куди тобі іти, викликає огидний подив, а ось малюнки такого плану, які сьогодні демонструю - своєрідним мистецтвом. Цікаве оформлення сучасного міста еге ж? Знаю з архітектурних джерел, що є місця, в кожному місті є, де будинки мають історичну цінність і їх намагаються не змінювати на сучасний лад, а підтримувати в відповідному вигляді, не міняти вікна, "шубу" булинку і т.д. , інколи безграмотні митці, як я в дитинстві, виключно з цікавості, пообмальовували стіни , і ті "шедеври" щоб змити, можна лише краще замалювати. Ось один з способів, як вирпавили ситуацію, і ще цікавіше, коли в такий спосіб оформляють місця відпочинку, тренувань, чи взагалі така от корекція змушуює зупинитись і погуглити, до прикладу - а хто ж то такий, той Зінкевич...ось такий своєрідний спосіб інформаційного розвитку))))) вам сподобалось?)))
