For today, I present you a new series of paste-up that I thought were the work of Mistake Project but more and more doubts appear while writing this post. The style seems close, with elements of 80's pop culture declined in several versions with flashy colors. But no trace of this work on the Instagram account. But I have a theory. 🤔
Pour aujourd'hui, je vous présente une nouvelle série de collages que je pensais être l'œuvre de Mistake Project mais de plus en plus de doutes apparaissent en rédigeant ce post. Le style semble proche, avec des éléments de la culture Pop des années 80 déclinés en plusieurs versions aux couleurs flashy. Mais aucune trace de ce travail sur le compte Instagram. Mais j'ai une théorie. 🤔

Only a Artist? signature... as I said in the intro I was thinking of a new collage by Mistake Project. But it may be only a criticism of this kind of work. Because while doing a reverse search with this image with my (obliged) friend Google, I came across a Turkish website that offers this drawing for sale ehobici.com). Did someone want to demonstrate that taking an existing drawing and putting a colored background is not enough to become an artist? Or my theory, self-mockery of Mistake Project? What do you think? Art is in the eye of the viewer. Marcel Duchamp said something like that, and I think he's right on this point. Art belongs to the viewer.
Seulement une signature Artist?... comme je le disais en intro je pensais à un nouveau collage par Mistake Project. Mais il se peut que cela soit seulement un critique de ce genre d'œuvre. Car en faisant une recherche inversée avec cette image avec mon ami (obligé) Google, je suis tombé sur un site internet turque qui propose à la vente ce dessin ehobici.com). Est-ce que quelqu'un a voulu démontré que prendre un dessin existant et mettre un fond coloré ne suffit pas pour devenir un artiste ? Ou alors ma théorie, auto-dérision de Mistake Project ? Qu'en pensez-vous ? L'Art se trouve dans le regard de celui qui regarde. Marcel Duchamp disait une chose comme cela, et je pense qu'il a raison sur ce point. L'Art appartient au Regardeur.
