EYE
Materiales utilizados: cartulina blanca, porta-mina 0.7, bolígrafo negro, goma de borrar, marcadores, creyones y tiza pastel.
Materials used: white cardboard, 0.7 lead holder, black ballpoint pen, eraser, markers, crayons and crayons.
Me gusta dibujar ojos y en la medida que iba trazando las líneas pensé en integrar los ojos dentro de las letras es por ello que vi las dos “e” perfectas para concentrar allí el objetivo del tema.
I like to draw eyes and as I was drawing the lines I thought of integrating the eyes inside the letters, that's why I saw the two "e" perfect to concentrate there the objective of the theme.
Generalmente en los ojos son el reflejo de muchas cosas incluso existe un refrán que dice los “ojos son el reflejo del alma” y como el alma de este concurso es el ojo que mejor forma de seguir expresándolo en la pupila.
Generally in the eyes are the reflection of many things even there is a saying that says "eyes are the reflection of the soul" and as the soul of this contest is the eye what better way to continue expressing it in the pupil.
En este arte dedicado a los ojos sentí no podía faltar otro elemento que comprende al rostro como lo es la nariz lo vi como un complemento agradable para el momento y por eso lo detalle en el centro transformando la letra “y”.
In this art dedicated to the eyes I felt I could not miss another element that comprises the face as it is the nose, I saw it as a nice complement for the moment and that is why I detail it in the center transforming the letter "y".
Ya listo el diseño como siempre hice mi bordeado de bolígrafo en vista que por los momentos no poseía marcador negro punta fina. Tengo la intención de pronto resolver ese detalle pues he de confesar que este concurso me está impulsando a volver a dibujar y para ello necesito mi materia prima precisa.
Once the design was ready, as always, I made my pen border since I didn't have a black fine tip marker at the moment. I have the intention of soon solving this detail because I must confess that this contest is pushing me to draw again and for that I need my precise raw material.
Y por supuesto no podían faltar los colores aquí hice una integración entre marcadores, colores y tizas pasteles, buscando darle vida al arte, y por mucho que trate de salirme de lo convencional con el color azul no pude hacerlo a un lado “es uno mis colores favoritos” aunque confieso el contraste con el rojo fue muy interesante.
And of course I could not miss the colors here I made an integration between markers, colors and pastel chalks, looking to give life to the art, and as much as I tried to go out of the conventional with the blue color I could not do it aside "it is one of my favorite colors" although I confess the contrast with the red was very interesting.
Como es de costumbre también me encanta trabaja con los contornos es por ello que jugué con los siguientes tonos para resaltar aún más mi lettering del que quedé muy satisfecha y disfruté realizar, llegando en la recta final del concurso.
As usual I also love to work with the contours, that's why I played with the following tones to highlight even more my lettering, which I was very satisfied with and enjoyed doing, arriving at the final stretch of the contest.
