📷 uShaka Marine World

In Durban, South Africa, there is one very good place that is definitely worth a visit, especially with children. This is uShaka Marine World, a theme park near the ocean. It has quite a lot of various attractions: the oceanarium, and the water park, and the performances of dolphins, penguins, costume shows of locals, the beach and many small restaurants and fast food. But today I will show a few shots from the aquarium uShaka Sea World.

Honestly, the aquarium really fascinated me with its rather large size and, most importantly, the atmosphere. It is made of several old ships (as I understand it), and visitors walk just inside the ship, in the hold.

When you walk as if along the inner deck of a ship, you see old wood around you, pipes, frames, mounting bolts, portholes and other small and not very small details, it is fascinating. And now you go out to a huge, full-wall window, behind which there is an ocean bottom with sunken boats and plane, where sharks, stingrays and other inhabitants swim.

There are also many small aquariums with a wide variety of marine life, points for fans to read something about the objects they see, mini aquariums inside which you can climb into and watch different lobsters and other shrimps crawl around you, there is a covered glass gallery, shark feeding show and more.

To summarize: I liked it, and for the oceanarium itself, this park in general receives a big significant plus! Worth to go.

A little later I will show some photos from other parts of the park and tell about my impressions.

It's better to watch the photos in high resolution.
