Hello everyone!

This is a video in Portuguese in which I will talk about the 3 newly-released Abilities on the Reward Soulbound edition: Conscript, Martyr and Weapons Training!

The most interesting Ability, in my opinion, is Conscript without any doubt. It can be found on all new Summoners, and allows the player to use 1 more Gladiator card (Gladius edition) than the original game rules limit. That is: in Guild Brawl matches, where the player can play 1 of these cards, they can now use 2; and in other matches (Ranked, Tournaments), we cannot normally use any of these cards and can now play 1.

This is an extremely impactful change to the game, bringing several dozen cards to normal matches that, until now, were restricted to Guild Brawls. This will certainly change the meta-game a lot, allowing for countless new combos and strategies!

The other two abilities are much more complicated to use, as they depend on the positioning of the cards on the battlefield: both Martyr and Weapons Training cause monsters adjacent to the creature with these abilities to receive bonuses when it dies. I honestly don't like abilities that, to work, require that you jump through hoops: I prefer more direct and straightforward effects.

Nesse vídeo, eu vou falar sobre as 3 novas habilidades que foram lançadas na recente edição de Reward Soulbound: Conscript, Martyr and Weapons Training!

A habilidade mais interessante, na minha opinião, é evidentemente a Conscript. Ela pode ser encontrada em todos os novos Summoners, e permite com que o jogador utilize 1 carta de Gladiator (edição Gladius) a mais do que o limite original das regras do partida. Ou seja: em partidas de Guild Brawl, na qual o jogador pode jogar 1 dessas cartas, agora ele pode usar 2; e nas demais partidas (Ranked, Torneios), não podemos normalmente usar nenhuma dessas cartas e, agora, podemos jogar 1.

Trata-se de uma mudança extremamente impactante para o jogo, trazendo para as partidas normais várias dezenas de cartas que, até hoje, ficavam restritas às Guild Brawls. Com certeza isso vai mudar muito o meta game, permitindo inúmeros novos combos e estratégias!

As outras duas habilidades são bem mais complicadas de serem usadas, pois dependem do posicionamento das cartas no campo de batalha: tanto a Martyr como a Weapons Training faz com que monstros adjacentes à criatura com essas habilidades recebam bônus quando ela morre. Eu, honestamente, não gosto de habilidades que, para funcionar, precisam de uma série de firulas: prefiro efeitos mais diretos e simples.
