How much DEC can you earn in silver league in a season - Splinterlands

Renting and playing games is hardly profitable in this era of splinterlands. I see players posting their games and earnings, and I see that they are either breaking even or losing DEC when Renting and Playing, and their profits are dependent on the Daily Quest Rewards, which are completely reliant on luck.

The majority of Splinterlands' earnings come from Tournaments and Leaderboards. The player's skills and competition are higher than ever, with the majority of players now competing in Tournaments and Leaderboards.

But what if we don't want to participate in those events and just play the game? Play the game every day for 15 to 30 minutes. How much DEC can we make? I started blogging about my daily progress in the game through my Daily Battles and Quest, and today I'll tell you how much DEC I earn with my own cards.

I have a nearly max Chaos Legion Bronze deck, with a level 1 Mylor Crowling and a level 2 Lorna Shrine, as well as a level 3 Kelya and some monsters. Check out my owned cards here.

  1. Log in your splinterlands account
  2. Click your name (A Dropdown will appear)
  3. Select Balance history(The balance history page will pop out)
  4. Select Rank Battle Reward from the dropdown.

START OF THE SEASON and the REWARDS THAT I GOT

I started the season at 500 ratings and played until I reach Silver III in the first day of the season.

As we can see the earnings from BRONZE II is low, at 100% ECR the DEC gain is only 0.082 DEC, staying and playing in BRONZE is not profitable.

First day of the season. Total dec earned 11.032.

SECOND DAY OF THE SEASON - HIGHEST DEC REWARDS

I waited until my ECR was back at 100% and played until 48% ECR and my rented cards. The second day of the season has the highest average of DEC rewards, making it the best day of the season to rent and play. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT I RENTED FOR POWER ON THIS DAY AND HAVE BEEN PLAYING IN SILVER I.

The total DEC gained for this day was 297.049.

Third to Fifth Day of the season - Recovering my ECR

The cards I rented expired, but the rewards are still high, so it's still a good time to rent and play. However, because my plan for this season was to play every day, I simply tried to complete my daily quest and recover my ECR. The difference between Silver I and Silver III is significant, with the lowest DEC I earned from Silver I being 6.610 DEC and the highest DEC gain from Silver III being 3.192.

Total DEC gained from 3 days was 80.252.

Sixth Day to EOS. Playing for the Quest and up until 75 ECR.

On April 21, 2022, the sixth day of the season began. The DEC I gain varies because it is entirely dependent on the win rate. I'm having a hard time winning some days because of the quest that I'm getting.

There is a steep decrease in rewards from 19 to 20, a 1.373 difference. Another decrease in rewards from 21 to 22, a 0.3 difference. And lastly, from 24 to 25 another 0.315 decrease of rewards.

THE BEST REWARDS THAT I GOT IN THIS SEASON

RENTING OUT MY CARDS

The majority of my cards are on cooldown because I used them in my daily quests and rewards, and I tried renting out the available cards, which surprised me because of the total DEC I earned in renting out my cards on the last day of the season was 246 DEC.

AFTERWORD

The best day of gaining profit in a season is the second day, you can still rent and play up until the sixth day of the season. However, starting on the sixth day and especially in the last five days of the season, the rewards are drastically reduced.

I was pleasantly surprised when I rented out my cards; I had not anticipated earning this much DEC in a single day. Thus, for the next season, starting from the SIXTH day of the season, I am planning to rent out my cards and see if renting out cards is more profitable for me.
