Definitely Reggae and Ska are universal languages. For me it is surprising to see this ska song performed in a country as distant (for me) as Japan. In my country, Venezuela, there is an excellent Ska group, with several decades of trajectory, called Desorden Público, and it is extraordinary in terms of lyrics, music and composition.
