The Creations of Nature, the Workings of Freedom and Opening our Eyes to the World Around Us 🍃 #APART - A Picture and A Reggae Tune

In our everyday lives we tend to be focused on a relatively narrow view of our surroundings. Living in a bubble of friends, family, colleagues, you never really realize how big the world really is, and what is beyond our peripheral or even our imagination. And then you concentrate on what's around you and new things appear almost out of nowhere. This phenomenon often occurs most when traveling to another area, city or country far different from your own, which forces you to see and experience the new and different.

In this exact same manner I stopped to look at the ground and saw the weirdest insect I've ever seen in quite a while. Well, in real life at least. As you can see in the picture, it could fit straight in a fantasy novel, hell, or Australia. Those guys have some crazy wildlife. It's probably just kind of fly species, but what do I know.

Opening your eyes around you can also reveal some hard and deep truths the world holds and the possible challenges many have to face. Whether it be truth, true thought or just some crazy creation of nature, S.O.J.A. describes this well in his tune "Open my eyes", focusing heavily on the importance of our freedom and how we use, achieve and maintain it.

#APART is an initiative by the IRIE down-to-earth people at the ReggaeJAHM Community where you share a picture alongside a Reggae tune the picture reminds you of.
