Dash Out Sunday

Hello friends,
It’s time to dash out out plates and meals again. I decided to try something a little different this weekend but before that; check this out.

Anyway, I decided to do something along the macaroni street - do not confuse with Macarena.

The process was quite easy. I boiled some macaroni, chopped some veges really fine (carrots , broccoli, onion, garlic,). Added some salt , pepper 🫑 some cheese and corned beef.

I then baked it for 40 minutes. It came out well but the macaroni itself could have used some more herbs and probably a bit more salt.
Along with this I added some stewed beef.

I’m still trying to work out what and how to cook to get these boys to try more authentic Jamaican food. I seem to be getting better at the fusion meals because they didn’t give me a chance to eat anything out of that stewed beef plate except for the vegetables, which by the way were really delicious.
It was a good Sunday spread and we were all satisfied.

Until next time - walk good!
