real photo enlargements of Kevin Lyttle,
his DJ & myself.
We took those pics in Berlin in front of
the barber shop of an old friend, also from
Trinidad & Tobago, like Kevin Lyttle, in case you
didn't know.
By the way, this is my first Apart ,
even though it's a Soca tune, but definitely
Caribbean!
So, what's the story?
T&T are my first Caribbean Islands i traveled to,
because i met "Trini P" back in "Boarshill" close
to munich, where i grew up. We became a team/sound
crew: "Broken Needles". Trini P again knew some people
from the Berlin music scene & soundsystems...that's how
i reached Berlin.
My first T&T trip was in 2000, and i brought back amongst
many other tracks that radio friendly soca tune that was running
up & down in T&T and nobody knew it here:
"Turn me on" from Kevin Lyttle.

So, i told you that i brought this song
back to Berlin in 2000 & played it a lot live and
on mixtapes.
The official release of the single was in 2003/2004.
That's why i like to use the DJ Phrase:

It became a world hit, and at least
i got a pic with Kevin Lyttle a couple of years later.😅
I should charge the Major Label for promotion.😜
