Hello everyone,here is my lessons learnt from the teachings of bro Daniel and bro Rodel and every other person that contributed.
At first we were admonished with a Bible verse
Jeremiah 26:2 (KJV) Thus saith the LORD; Stand in the court of the LORD'S house, and speak unto all the cities of Judah, which come to worship in the LORD'S house, all the words that I command thee to speak unto them; diminish not a word:
The teachings was still centered on doing good,loving our enemies, paying back what we borrow ,faith etc.
Luke 6:35 (KJV) But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
We have to love our enemies because they are our fellow men.
When we lend to people,we should not be harsh on our debtors and we shouldn't take advantage of them.
And if we borrow from people, we should make sure we pay back what we owe with out grudge because we are not wicked.
It is only the wicked that refuse to pay back.
Psalms 37:21 (KJV) The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth.
1 Corinthians 14:40 (KJV) Let all things be done decently and in order.
All things should be done with sense, not foolishness,if you borrow pay back,dont put on some one to pay back what you have borrowed. Dont depend on others to pay back what you have borrowed.
Our faith in GOD is our strong weapon against the devil.
If we have faith,it means we have CHRIST
Ephesians 6:6 (KJV) Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
We are to be full of faith just like Stephen in the Bible
Acts 11:24 (KJV) For he was a good man, and full of the Holy Ghost and of faith: and much people was added unto the Lord.
We should keep our faith in GOD
Romans 14:22 (KJV) Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth.
Faith is very essential in our lives as christians and as we serve GOD we shouldn't draw back,we should continue and progress and make sure that the life we live is according to the Bible
Hebrews 10:38 (KJV) Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
One thing we know is that even the devil has faith
James 2:19 (KJV) Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
So we should continue and remain in our faith.
If we loose our faith,it will be a terrible thing.
So we are to fight for our faith and constantly do self examination to keep us in check always.
