In the Bible there is only one church, but today there are thousands of churches today such as Jehovah witness etc.
Our intention of studying the doctrines of our Lord Jesus is to analyse the doctrines of faith.
There is only one church of God in the Bible, ekklesia is the first gathering of the followers of Christ.
Ekklesia means the calling out, because each of the early Christians were called out.
Paul was called out to the church of God
Galatians 1:15
But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,
Acts 20:28-29
Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
2 Corinthians 1:1
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, unto the church of God which is at Corinth, with all the saints which are in all Achaia:
John 11:52

We are all called out as Christians to gather in one body, or one church into which God calls his people to gather to worship him.
And Christ us the head of the body.
Church of God is found in different verses in the Bible.
1 Corinthians 11:22
What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? What shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not.
1 Corinthians 11:16
Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord.
Acts 20:28

1 Timothy 3:5
(For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)
Isaiah 43:7
Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.
Everything that belongs to God is called by his name, that is why his church is called by his name which is church of God, it is God's will for his church to be called by his name.
John 17:12
And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.
The name of God is the most powerful of all, the hiding place or an edifice that we can run to.
Proverbs 18:10
The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.
There are eleven verses in the Bible which church of God is found , so the house of God should be called the church of God.
1 Timothy 3:15
But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
What us in the Bible is the church of God
That is what is written and there is no other names that the church of God should be called.
Proverbs 22:1
A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold.
