Glorious Thanksgiving of God's People Live On Zoom (SPBB Day 1)

There was such wonderful praises and worship to God by God's People, the choir sang so beautifully with the orchestra.

Here are things I learnt from the SPBB day one.

The different brethrens from different districts and locales gave thanks to God and greeted all the brethrens all over the world.

Thanking God for the baptism of the different brethrens and the return of brothers to the fold.

Malachi 3:18
Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

Bro Daniel Razon hosted the event and he gave the statistics of the new brethrens who were just baptised and asked us to care for one another, look out for one another.

And as a review of what we have studied in the past.

Good works are as a result of the kindness we feel before God.

They are all the details in the Bible profing the fact that the church of God is the true church in the Bible.

We are required to accept everyone inspite of their weakness or shortcomings.

It is necessary for us to do good to all, even to our enemies.

1 Peter 2:9
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

We should work according to the gospel of Christ so we can proclaim the honour of God in our life by doing good, so that we can be examples and shinning light showing the excellence of Christ.
We are all parts of the body of Christ, of the royal priesthood.

1 Peter 2:5
Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

The royal priesthood is the offering of spiritual sacrifice to God and thanksgiving.

Hebrews 13:15
By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

Revelation 1:6
And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

We are a royal priesthood that's why we have to offer sacrifice of thanksgiving to God.

Hebrews 5:4
And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron.

It is our honour to proclaim the honour of him who called us.
We don't get it by our own self.
We have to be called first and it's an honour if we are called to the royal priesthood.

If we are called we are meant to proclaim the honour of him who called us.

We cannot proclaim or express the honour of him who called us if we are not called by him.

The honour of God is expressed to those whom he has called.
For you to have the right to proclaim the glory and honour of God, you have to be called first.

It is an honour to be called by God.

1 CORINTHIANS 1:9
God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.

1 Corinthians 1:2
Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:

Those who have the royal priesthood are those called by God, and those called of the house of God are the saints who are sanctified and there were called into the house of God. And there are those whom were called that have the honour of proclaiming the honour of him who them.

John 15:19
If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

If you are proclaiming the honour of God when you are not called, you cannot do that, it is impossible.

Salvation is not exclusively for those who are called, because it is God's
Will for all men to be saved.

1 Timothy 4:10
For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.

Priesthood is God calling and it is the honour of those called to proclaim the glory of God.

Royal priesthood means those that are called.
The act of the priest means you proclaiming the honour of him who called you.
