Brother Eli explained the proper way to cure a person who just regained sight.
It was said in the book of
Mark 8:23
[23]And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought.
After physical operation there is an operation of the eyes especially those who are blind there will be a period of recovery.
The person will be instructed to open the eyes slowly.
