Is The Bible Final And Complete part 1 of 4

I believe the Bible is final and complete because God himself had put His minister in charge of it to see to it that it is been taken care of. God choose ministers to compile the books of the Bible luke 4:16-20 luke 1:1-3. The books of luke gave reference to that. There is not missing in the Bible the word of God is Complete and Final.
