Few lessons Learnt from today's Mass indoctrination been the 22nd of October 2021 via zoom held by Bro Eli
Below is a short video reaction on what I learnt.
We were meant to understand today that there two types of beings which are the inner being and the outer being The things we can see is temporary while the things we cannot see is eternal.
Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
This verse is telling us to be careful of the outer being. Which they appear to be Holy and righteous but inside of them they are beast.
Proverbs 26:11 As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly.
They are men who are human outwardly but are beast inwardly
The people who are man inwardly and outwardly Paul call them Man
what is the meaning of man?
Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
We were meant to understand that man is a being created in the creature of God. A creature that I not evil because they are created after the image of God.
So the Innerbeing is the man who obeys the commandments of God and walk in the way of light, who are holy and righteous both inwardly and outwardly.
We were also meant to understand that Christian are prohibited from wearing earrings, necklace, hand Bangles etc it is also prohibited to wear an apparel made of Gold and diamonds.
Hosea 2:13 And I will visit upon her the days of Baskin, wherein she burned incense to them, and she decked herself with her earrings and her jewels, and she went after her lovers, and forget me, saith the Lord .
The spiritual results of a woman who value her jewels is that they will Forget God
As a sister or woman,we were meant to understand that if we want to maintain good health with sweet smell let's obey God let's not adorn our body with jewelries
**finally,what we are to put on as Christians **
1st Peter 3:4 But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.
We were meant to put on meek and quite spirit. That's what God required from us.
And the apparel we are to put on is the word of God which is the spirit and the light
