Why did the house of prayer in Jerusalem become a den of thieves? (Part 2 of 3).

To contribute to the Question: Why did the house of prayer in Jerusalem become a den of thieves? (Part 2 of 3).

The question in this part 2 is, is that particular house of prayer (temple) still there in Jerusalem?

According to scriptures, in Matthew 24:2, Jesus prophesied that that temple would be destroyed;

And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

That prophecy of Jesus came to pass in 70 A.D. where the temple was totally destroyed during the war.

Before Jesus, Daniel in Daniel 9:2, prophesied the destruction of Jerusalem. This also happen as Jerusalem was destroyed including the temple.

Thus, that particular temple was totally destroyed Jerusalem was siege during war in 70 A.D., as prophesied.
