Summary of what i learnt;
Christians can be identified by their mode of dressing, behaviour, character. There are what we call the outer man and the inward man. The outer man is our flesh why the inward man is our spirit being.
The outward being which is our flesh, can get weak and can be afflicted but the inner being cannot be afflicted, which is the spirit man.Christians should adorn them self with a decent clothing, for what God wants from us is a modest apparel. Women shouldn't wear what will make men to sin by exposing their body by dressing immodest. 2Corinthians 4:18
NIV:So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
Some people inward man is a beast in nature, but outwardly they are men. 2Peter2:12 NIV:But these people blaspheme in matters they do not understand. They are like unreasoning animals, creatures of instinct, born only to be caught and destroyed, and like animals they too will perish.
2 Peter 2:22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.
There are people who prefer evil and they love what is wrong.
Proverb 26: 11
NIV:As a dog returns to its vomit, so fools repeat their folly.
How to know if we have the inward man or the inward beast. Romans 7:22
NIV:For in my inner being I delight in God’s law;
If you feel delight in the law of God then you have an inward man. An inward man delight in the law of God, for there is happiness in the laws of God and it gives delight to the heart to fulfill the commandment of helping others. If we hate the law we hate God, that means the inner man in us is a beast. We should always learn to access our self, for it's the lord commandment. Because is only you that knows what is inside of you.
2Corinthians 13:5NIV:Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—unless, of course, you fail the test?
