I am getting the same controversial question regarding the upvotes on my private message so we decided to make a post to answer this question. Honestly speaking, I do not appreciate these kind of question so I guess if you know someone has same concerns please help to send these post to their attention.
We need to understand that the upvotes are just a bonus, but the love of God is the thing we need to have in life because if we have God we can have everything for our goodness. The help we are offering is the wisdom of God that we made understand which no other church pastors are preaching. The real help is the words of God, not the upvotes.
I will answer question here;
The Question
I am posting the same post like everyone has done, why do I get a low support or no upvotes at all?
Answer: We have a limited voting power so we need to make priority regarding who gets the support. The upvotes depends on many factors like number of post per day, how much percentage of our voting power, and the priority to all who attended the Zoom meeting. I will try to explain these factor;
- Number of post per day
The higher number of post per day we have means the more we need to use the voting power resulting to less we can give to everyone. Like I said that our voting power is not unlimited as we have also our limits. We are not a super-rich person, we are also poor that only trying to help by using our Hive upvotes.
On layman's terms, try to think of it as a Cake, the larger the number of children the family has, it means the less each child can eat but if the family has only one child, that child can take the 1 whole cake by himself.
In perspective, if today there are 10 people then I can only give 10% of the cake for each, it is a different scenario on the day with only 1 person which I can give the 100%.
- Percentage of voting power
If we can see many posts this will result of using a lot of our voting power thus the less we can upvote the post. We can always check our voting power here, https://hive-now.com/@fatimajunio. If we have low voting power, please have patience as we are waiting for few hours for the full recharge.
- Priority to all who attended the Zoom meeting
We are giving the priority of our upvotes for our people who attended the Zoom meeting because the Zoom meeting consumes larger internet data. Joining the Zoom conference can let us verify that we are attentively listening. We want to verify if we attended on proper time or if we left early just before the closing prayer, it is good to turn on our cameras as we want to be sure that we are properly listening. When we turn on our camera, we are suggesting to focus ourselves in studying the words of God. These are the things that we are considering of who gets our priority.
Conclusion:
I don't know how to better explain these things, but I have faith in God that you can understand our situations. I also receive some information that we need to consider because of the abuse that we need to be care of.
I am not sure why for some people that the upvote is their main concern because if we have faith in God, I really do believe that He will take care of us even without an upvote like what is written in Proverbs 4:6
Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee.

My question in my mind is why do we bother ourselves on how much our post will get in dollars? Sometimes people are complaining because of the low votes he/she get? I believe that there is no existing church at this time that is helping people like what we are doing in the Members Church of God International.

I know that there are no pastors or church ministries as helpful as MCGI. Sometimes it makes me sad to see some people are not appreciative that they see someone who has larger support than they do have. I guess even if we get $1 upvotes on our posts, we should always be grateful to God compared to earning nothing at all. I remember when I was still a member of a false religion, the pastor doesn't care about my situation in life.
It costs us money and time to run this community which is no joke, we are not asking anything from you rather than our time and attention. We did not ask anyone that if you want to be part of the community then you should give tithes or first fruit offering money like most of our former church are doing. Our great consolation is we learned the truth from bible that false pastors are not preaching.
MICAH 3:11
The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us.

Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.
I notice some people that are questioning why that person gets a larger reward, I remember the one parable that the Lord Jesus Christ has said;

And when he had agreed with the laborers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard.

Entitlement Mentality?
If we have malicious thinking that we feel that we are entitled to all upvotes then I have a question, did I take away what is yours so that I can give it to others like the Lord said, Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good?
Brother Eli taught us to do good unto all men and I can guarantee that no pastors of any religious group existed like him. Even he already passed away, his legacy still lives on us because he is the one who told us to do good to all men and he even mentions helping the people in Africa and the Spanish country by using blockchain technology.
GALATIANS 6:10
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
Even though some people do not appreciate what we are striving to do with the help of God, I have faith that God is the real rewarder to all the good works we have done, not the men.

Estoy recibiendo la misma pregunta controvertida con respecto a los upvotes en mi mensaje privado por lo que decidimos hacer un post para responder a esta pregunta. Respuesta: Tenemos un poder de votación limitado, por lo que tenemos que dar prioridad a quién recibe el apoyo. Los upvotes dependen de muchos factores como el número de post por día, el porcentaje de nuestro poder de voto y la prioridad de todos los que asistieron a la reunión de Zoom. Voy a tratar de explicar estos factores;
- Número de mensajes por día
Cuanto mayor sea el número de mensajes por día, más tendremos que utilizar el poder de voto, lo que se traduce en menos que podemos dar a todos. Como he dicho, nuestro poder de voto no es ilimitado, ya que también tenemos nuestros límites. No somos una persona súper rica, también somos pobres que sólo tratan de ayudar mediante el uso de nuestros upvotes Hive.
En términos sencillos, trata de pensar en ello como un pastel, cuanto mayor sea el número de hijos de la familia, significa que menos puede comer cada niño, pero si la familia tiene un solo hijo, ese niño puede tomar el pastel entero por sí mismo.
En perspectiva, si hoy hay 10 personas sólo puedo dar el 10% de la tarta para cada una, es un escenario diferente el día con sólo 1 persona que puedo dar el 100%.
- Porcentaje de poder de voto
Si podemos ver muchos posts esto resultará de usar mucho de nuestro poder de voto por lo tanto menos podemos upvote el post. Nos cuesta dinero y tiempo llevar esta comunidad que no es ninguna broma, no os pedimos nada más que nuestro tiempo y atención. No le pedimos a nadie que si quiere ser parte de la comunidad entonces debe dar los diezmos o el dinero de la ofrenda del primer fruto como la mayoría de nuestra antigua iglesia lo está haciendo. Nuestro gran consuelo es que aprendimos la verdad de la biblia que los falsos pastores no predican.

El hermano Eli nos enseñó a hacer el bien a todos los hombres y puedo garantizar que no existieron pastores de ningún grupo religioso como él. Aunque ya haya fallecido, su legado sigue vivo en nosotros porque fue él quien nos dijo que hiciéramos el bien a todos los hombres e incluso menciona la ayuda a la gente de África y del país español utilizando la tecnología blockchain.
