In these transition days, nothing is more important than warm food. Not only for your belly but for your souls as well. You know comfort food. So what makes food comfortable? It can be that known smell and taste or simple ingredients which are close to you. For me, it is ingredients I can relate to my childhood. Isn't that crazy? Looks like we cherished food much more as a kid than we do now. However, I hope this trend will change and we will be more into the food.
