As a manager I understand that they are point in time that I have to managed, as the concept of manager emerged from managing, therefore, what is managing? Managing is making the available resources or material satisfiable and surplus, then as a manager you are required to make sure that the satisfiable and the surplus materials are being used continuously for the growth and development of the Organization.

Mangers do not prevail in firms or industries alone, they also exist at our various homes, because learning start at home, the home is the mother of learning because everything starts at home, it is in the home that you will be what you will like to become.

I also understand that as a manager you coexist with youril employees to make them be aware that despite their works and duties in the Organization they are also an integral part and parcel of the Organization and that will in turn brings growth and development to the Organization.
