Buenas tardes, como siempre el principio fundamental de todo ser humano es un animal biopsicosocial, y allí es donde vengo hoy a tocar esas 3 áreas fundamentales porque las 3 son fundamentos que deben ser respetados desde el enfoque de las necesidades del cuerpo.
El entorno psicológico y la sociedad a la cual de una u otra forma debemos establecer. La empatía como gestión psicosocial es el tema y la necesidad biológica es respetar y ayudar a mantener la vida, en este caso la iniciativa para apoyar a la amiga @graciadegenios para que pueda llevar con naturalidad su condición y que se recupere pronto, al igual que su bebé, para esto por mi parte he decidido donar el 30% de lo recaudado por esta publicación tanto para ella como para su bebé.

La solidaridad y la empatía son dos aspectos que van claramente de la mano, pues una persona puede ser claramente solidaria con el mundo, pero si no siente ese llamado sentido de empatía para con el fin a realizar no realizará ningún tipo de acción directa contra esta.

Tomando esto como precepto, la solidaridad del ser humano es el don que tiene de apoyar alguna causa o algún objetivo que no le beneficia de forma directa a este, sin embargo, este beneficio en muchos casos es espiritual, es llevado en plenitud y mejora personal.
Es una cualidad tanto espiritual como humana y solamente a quienes consideramos seres almados, son los que poseen esta cualidad única y gracias al cielo algunos seres humanos aun podemos decir que tenemos una.
Taking this as a precept, the solidarity of the human being is the gift he has to support some cause or some objective that does not benefit him directly, however, this benefit in many cases is spiritual, it is carried in fullness and personal improvement.

Ahora bien, sabiendo ya que no tenemos una ganancia directa más que la satisfacción y el sentir del deber cumplido además de un impulso de alma, ¿en que nos beneficia?.
Pues fácil, la solidaridad y el bienestar van de la mano con el crecimiento como ya lo he dicho, como seres almados, en nuestra esencia, en nuestro ser interno, pues el bienes y la satisfacción propia de hacer algo que ayude a otro es más que una recompensa, cualquiera que fuese.

Además los seres humanos necesitamos en todo momento satisfacer nuestros deseos como indique arriba biopsicosociales, con respecto a la solidaridad fácil y plenamente satisface los aspectos anteriores pues relaja el cuerpo dando una sensación de plenitud que resguarda lo psico, lo bio pues ese sentimiento genera hormonas y sustancias que son enviadas al cuerpo y social pues el aspecto mas implementando.
In addition, human beings need at all times to satisfy our desires as indicated above biopsychosocial, with respect to solidarity easily and fully satisfies the above aspects as it relaxes the body giving a feeling of fullness that protects the psycho, the bio because that feeling generates hormones and substances that are sent to the body and social as the most implementing aspect.
