The lock down period started at my place in fourth week of March. Currently lock down are observed in many part of the countries. I am living in a place where there are many people affected so we have a strict lock down here.
Honestly speaking my experience was bad at the start. The reason is simple. Fear of pandemics and you have nothing to do except sit at home. One of the big factor for being less energetic is due to main stream media. In my opinion main stream media, electronic and print media sells fear. I accept that media played a great role by giving awareness to people how to get rid of this lethal disease.

Despite of all these good activities too much watching media cause anxiety and depression which is enough for low energy level. The thing I wondered is that media all time giving the news of devastating effect of COVID-19.
They hardly tell what is going on good during pandemics.
Yes there are lot of good things going on with this pandemics. Like we have better air quality index, air pollution has been decreased remarkably in my part of the world. Low emission of gases will make environment more clean and green as compared to the life before pandemics.Improved marine life in top tourist places.
Remember positive energy is necessary to have better immune system. Negative news will never serve the purpose of better immune system. So, I decided to give less time to media which helped me to thinking differently.

Couch potato life made me less energetic. Staying at home increased my food intake as a result my weight has been increased. In 8 weeks or so I have gained 16 pounds weight. This means I added 2 pounds each week. I ate 1,000 calories more than what I consumed.

Gaining weight resulted in blessing and disguise for me. It encouraged me to reduce my weight.As a result from few days I am more active. I didn't achieve any weight loss yet but it reduced my stress level.

Beside this I also started to clean house appliances which was pretty much untidy due to less care. I cleaned my washing machine today. This is the way you can make your surroundings better. It will make your family/spouse happy.
After lock down period I am giving most of my time to family members. Indeed it will help to boost their confidence.
I also made a plan after opening a lock down I will do some home gardening. It will not only make my place clean and green but also provides fresh vegetable to cook.

My friends, it is a fact we have to live with covid-19 unless some curing vaccine comes in the market. It is important to take good care of ourself and our loved ones by avoiding rushy places, maintaining social distance of 6 feet and clean hands comprehensively on regular. Beside this it is important to make ourselves busy in any activities which we like. You can do gardening to make this planet more clean and green. You can motivate people by writing some good stuff on social media. You can learn some thing new which you find interesting. Even you can read good books. Nothing is permanent in life. So, my friends, it's time to boost our confidence and energy and serve the humanity in the best possible way. Wish you happy, healthy and safe life ahead. Have a nice time!
