The flesh is wary,
of cleansing,
for the air is too sweet
to be breathless
beneath the dirt.
this purge is divine
its is like one last wine
in the face of laughter,
nevertheless we cleave,
to sheer vanity..
unaware of the taste of freedom,
Umbrellas and rain,
a haze of darkness
a bevy of black
and a tint of tears
somehow somberness
that feels like agony.
a fervency that freaks
breaking through us
like flood in a tarred streets
This flesh,
and all the lust
feels like dust
under the feet,
it is like sinking and fighting,
like a candle,
basking in new flames.
this body is a frame,
but beauty is beyond
this terror and shame.
While we stand aloft,
our hearts wandering
horror envelops us,
our mind playing tricks.
the glistening sun
darkening; an end signals
and In a moment
reality beckons
and our lungs,
bubbling with life again
awakening;
ignorance is bliss,
for the truth is a ghost
that torments our nightmares,
we're farthrest from love,
a mystery that never solves,
our heart is woven
locked in many yarns
and ahead is slavery
The end;
is only a beginning,
to another end,
life's bend's and curve
like a serpent shedding
its glorious skin
to be reborn
snuffed out like a candle,
dying gently in its embers.
