Cabbage rolls filled with nutritious tofu

materials:

6 cabbage sheet, choose a wide and thin.
1 tsp ground pepper.
2 tofu boards.
1 medium size carrot.
1 potato.
1/2 tsp salt.
enough tomato sauce.
1 red chili (cut into rounds).

ground spices:

2 red onions.
2 grains of garlic
1 candlenut.

how to make:

crush the tofu with a spoon.

cut the thick and hard base of the cabbage, take the thin and wide cabbage.

cut into small pieces like dice in potatoes, carrots, and red chili

stir all ingredients such as carrots, potatoes, and red chilies, also add pepper powder.

Puree the spices, then add, stir well with the ingredients earlier.

prepare the cabbage, put the stuffing into each piece of cabbage leaf, fold the sides then roll it up, and compact it,

prepare a pan for steaming.

steam for about 25 minutes until cooked.

Remove and serve with the sauce.
