So you and your loved ones who want to relax and have fun on Sunday have come up with a very delicious bite that you can make and taste. This is really easy to make and trust you have these ingredients. So let's see how to make this mixed bite.

Ingredients;

  • Half a cup of washed and cleaned Vatana
    dhal after soaking for about four hours
  • 1/4 cup of lentils
  • A tablespoon of sugar
  • Half teaspoon of salt powder
  • Half teaspoon of chilli powder
  • 100ml of oil
  • About six pods of dry chillies
  • About fourteen pods of small green
    chillies
  • A few curry leaves
  • Three tablespoons of soya meat

  • Noodles in the size you want in the

The method of making;

Break the noodles into small pieces.

Put soya meat in a bowl, add lime water and soak for about 5 minutes.

Then squeeze out the water.

Wash the common lentils thoroughly and leave them to drain.

Wash and clean the curry leaves, small green chillies and dry chillies and cut the dry chillies into small pieces.

Now we fry the ingredients one by one separately until golden. First, add the watana dhal and fry it in medium flame till it turns golden.

**Combine all the fried ingredients in a bowl and add chilli powder and salt powder
