And today I will be sharing with you some delicious chocolate cake recipe I craved and decided to make it in vegan way with just few ingredients and share the process with all of you. Cake is what everyone loves even children love it most and a recipe that does not take too much of our time depending on the type of cake we want to bake.
This chocolate cup cake is a straight forward recipe which you will love to try especially if you have some of the ingredients in the pantry. It taste so delicious that you will want to make it.
INGREDIENTS :
150 g of All purpose flour
1/2 cup of premium sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1 /2 glass of warm water
Steps For Preparation :
To begin this recipe, we start with adding the half glass of warm water in a bolw, add the margarine and stir. Then we add the vanilla extract.
Next we add our flour into the mixed margarine and vanilla extract and stir a little before we add the cocoa powder. Mix thoroughly to blend the cocoa into the batter.
We then add the dry ingredients. The baking powder, the baking soda and mix well to inculcate this rising agent to set to start rising.
We glaze our baking pan (small cups ) with vegetable oil.
Then we pour the mixed batter into the glazed pans.
We move them into the already preheated oven and bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
And we have our cup cake all ready and fresh. We leave to cool down before we unmold
Then we serve and decorate this beauty with some sprinkles.
