RE: Mushrooms Clay Pot Glass Noodles - Commonly Dish For Thailand Vegan Festival

This post is great @shinecrystalline, because you give us part of your personal history and that of your country, your roots. I didn't know about this great festival, I think it's great that they do something as important as a vegan festival. In my culture (I am a Christian), the only time of the year when the consumption of meat is prohibited is at Easter. The previous forty days, which correspond to Lent, it is also recommended that those who consume meat stop doing so, but this recommendation is almost never heeded, at least by the majority of the population of my country, Venezuela.

As for the recipe, it is great, beautifully developed (as always), and the use of mushrooms in such a successful way, surely give a unique flavor.

The crock pot also allows food to taste great.

Thank you very much for participating in the vegan community challenge. Greetings.
