Rice powder | 1/2 Cup |
Tumaric powder | 1 tablespoons |
Ginger paste | 2 tablespoons |
Cumin paste | 2 tablespoons |
Five carminents | 1 tablespoons |
Cumin powder | 1 tablespoons |
Sugar | 1 tablespoons |
Water | 1.5 Cup |
Fry dry chilli | 2 pieces |
Salt | 1 tablespoons |
Soyabean oil | 300 grams |
Process
I took Cauliflower and washed this cauliflower with fresh water.
After collecting all ingredients, i mixed rice powder with pea-flour.mix dry chilli powder, five carminents.Add all paste ingredients and admixed tumaric powder and salt.Lastly i mixed water.
I blend it properly with all ingredients.I added water as needed in pan on the oven. I added cauliflower with water and boil 10 minutes.After boiling, i Pick up this cauliflower from pan.
I took better and boil cauliflower.I drowned cauliflower with better properly.
I add 300 grams Soyabean oil in pan and heat it and mixed Raw Cauliflower pokora with heat oil and fried as wish in pan.
Thus i made delicious healthy Cauliflower pokora recipe and Now it is ready for serve.
