Tumaric powder | 1/2 tablespoons |
Salt | 1 tablespoons |
Water | 1/2 Cup |
Process
First of all i gathered Thankuni spinach from my vegetable garden.After that i chose this Thankuni spinach and wash this spinach with fresh water.
I collected onion chopping and garlic Chopping for increasing this spinach fry recipe.
I heated pan on oven. I mix 3 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and heat it.mix onion garlic, five carminents with heat mustard oil in pan.
After frying onion garlic slightly,i mix Thankuni spinach with onion garlic in pan and fried sometimes.
I add 1 tablespoons salt and 1/2 tablespoons Tumaric powder with Thankuni spinach in pan and blend it well.
I mixed 1/2 water with Thankuni spinach and fried this spinach 20 minutes in pan.i picked up this frying Thankuni spinach from pan.
In this process, i make healthy delicious Thankuni spinach fry recipe.
