Her daughter is my aunt. she is still young and we also play together a lot. When they came, it was around 11:00 AM. Because while there is my grandmother's sister here who is very good at cooking. Be it heavy or light food. I asked my grandmother's sister to make me porridge bubur anak loba . Or you cloud say baby bee porridge. Quite rarely people know about this porridge . Only a few people know. On average, the majority of the Batak tribes know what is Anak Loba porridge. However, there are also those who say that this is a typical South Kalimantan baayak porridge. In the past, my late grandmother really liked to make this porridge, and this is also one of her favorite foods. She has a special mold to make this porridge. She made this anak loba porridge mold herself with coconut shells, then punched holes in it with a hot iron. Don't forget to scrape and clean the shell first before making the holes. Many say this is cendol porridge. Because of the manufacturing process and its shape like cendol.
My aunt and I prepared the materials and tools needed to make porridge for anak loba . Because my mother wants to make a large portion of this porridge so that it can be distributed to neighbors and family as well. So we prepared quite a lot of ingredients.
