Assalamualaikum....
Hello all my dear friends, today I will share with you all a recipe made from natural ingredients, namely from sweet potato leaves. Have you ever processed sweet potato leaves to be very tasty and delicious? If not, let's see how to make it easy and simple.

Before processing sweet potato leaves into a delicious menu, let's first look at the benefits and efficacy of sweet potato leaves for the body.

Sweet potato leaves are a type of tuber plant that is rich in nutrients and nutrients. Sweet potato leaves have vitamins A, D, B12, C, B6, calcium, iron and magnesium which are very beneficial for the body.

The benefits for the health of the body are:

  1. Prevent heart disease
  2. Prevent diabetes mellitus
  3. Increase bone density
  4. Improve eye health, gums and hemoglobin levels
  5. Digest digestion and so on

Now…. The sweet potato leaves I chose were fresh sweet potato leaves, which I picked right behind my house. My family deliberately planted the sweet potato tree in order to remember the many ingredients and properties contained in sweet potato leaves. Usually sweet potato leaves are delicious to eat during the day, because the atmosphere during the day requires a fresh and frozen food menu.

The main raw materials needed and will be used are:

Basic material:
250 gr yam leaves that have been cleaned
1 coconut to make coconut milk

The ingredients used to make the seasoning are...

4 segments of turmeric
15 pieces of cayenne pepper
1 clove of garlic, halved
3 cloves of red onion, halved
3 sunti tamarind (dried star fruit)

After all the spices are available, then grind all the spices until smooth, and when the grinding process is done don't forget to add a little water so that the spices are really smooth and the grinding of the tool does not take a long time, try to grind the tool until it is smooth, because it affects the results of the dish later, The finer the spices, the more delicious it will taste when the dish is ready to be enjoyed.

After the spices have been ground, then enter the next stage, namely the cooking process, first boil the water until it boils, then pour the sweet potato leaves into it, sprinkle a pinch of salt, stir until evenly distributed, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil so that the hard sweet potato leaves become soft and tender while chewing it. Stir until evenly distributed.

After the sweet potato leaves feel soft, remove and drain the water and then drain for a while.

Then, boil the coconut milk, pour the ground spices, add a little salt. Stir the coconut milk until it boils, if the coconut milk is really cooked then pour the boiled sweet potato leaves earlier. In order to cook coconut milk until it is cooked so it doesn't go stale easily, because the coconut milk food will spoil quickly, the boiled sweet potato leaves don't need to be cooked for too long. If you cook it too long, the sweet potato leaves will crumble and the texture will not be soft anymore. Approximately cook the coconut milk and sweet potato leaves for only 3 minutes, it is useful for the coconut milk to seep into the sweet potato leaves.

After all the stages have been passed, the food is ready to be served for the lunch menu, it tastes very delicious with a soft and soft texture in the mouth. The bright yellow color gives the spirit of life to anyone who devours it, the taste of the sauce is savory, spicy, sour mixed with equal parts. Friends, you can try this recipe at home. It's not difficult, isn't it?, in addition to the lunch menu, it will also make our bodies healthy and the ingredients used are very cheap, easy to get and easy to grow.

Well for today, this is all I can share, if there are errors in writing I apologize profusely. That is all and thank you. good luck.
