Spicy, tangy peppery Corn Capsicum Masala!

Its sweet April and we have a lot of new things to do.. So today I came up with a new Recipe for my Hive family...
I am sharing a recipe of Corn capsicum Masala.
It is a tangy sweet and chatpati Sabji... this is very simple dish but you all will love the taste of the curry and wonder that how could be a simple curry can won so many hearts..

So lets see how to make the Special Corn capsicum masala-


Corn kernels-2 cup
Cumin seeds-½tspn
Turmeric powder,½tspn
Salt-to the taste
Redchili powder-½tspn
Asofedita-a pinch
Garam masala-½tspn


1.take corn kernels in a plate and chop the capsicum in cubes.

2.now boil the corn kernels

3.strain the water and keep the corns aside.

4.now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, asofedita and green chilies. Now add chopped capsicum.

5.mix properly.

6.now add boiled corns .

7.add turmeric powder.

8.add red chili powder.

9.now add salt and mix it. Cook for 5 mins.

10.then add tomato puree.

11.mix it properly.

12.add litle water. If you want to add tomato Ketchup you can. It will

13.Cook it for 5 mins.

14.then off the flame. And transfer it in a bowl.

Its ready to enjoy !!
