This nutritious curry is made using beans, carrots, and potatoes, making it a complete food rich in vitamins and various nutritional components. Moreover, it is known for its health benefits and its ability to cure certain ailments. I opted not to use coconut milk in this curry, which turned out to be a good decision as it didn't compromise the taste.

Materials Used.

Beans 100g
Carrots 100g
1 Potato.
1/2 teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds.
12 teaspoon of Mustard seed.
Coconut oil 350ml.

1/2 teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
1 teaspoon of chili powder.
Salt as needed.
1 teaspoon of of curry powder.
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
A little chopped onion.
Chopped curry leaves.
About 3 pieces of cinnamon.
