Materials Used.
Sugar 200g.
A pinch of salt.
Wheat flour 50g.
1/2 Teaspoon of baking powder.
food coloring in two colors.
Coconut oil for frying.
Water.
2 piping bags.
Chickpea flour 200g.
Method of making.
Now first we take a bowl and add chickpea flour to it. Add wheat flour, salt and baking powder to it and mix well.
Now we add water little by little and mix it well. If the mixture breaks when it rises, it is fine.
Next, keep the mixture aside for about 10 minutes. During that time, For that, take a bowl and keep it on the stove until it gets hot and add some sugar to it. Water is added to cover the sugar. After that the sugar syrup is prepared.
Next, take the chickpea flour mixture that we kept for 10 minutes and put it in two bowls separately. Add a drop of your favorite food color to the two bowls. Mix it well.
Next we take the two piping bags and add the two mixtures.
Then again take a bhajan and add coconut oil to it and keep it on the stove. After the oil is hot, pour it into the shape of your choice from the piping bag and fry it until it turns golden.
Next we add the fried bundi to the sugar syrup and mix it well.
Then remove it from the sugar syrup and serve.
