Hello friend's 🤗 Good Morning from Bangladesh. I am back again with another Vegan Recipe. Today I am going to show you the cooking process of Moringa fruits cooked with Lentils. This is really a super nutritious food. You know guys Moringa leaves, fruits and also flowers can be eaten for there many nutrition value. According to nutritionists, there is no disease that moringa does not act as an antidote. So everyone understands how nutritious this food is for us. I also try to eat moringa leaves and its fruits regularly. Moringa fruit is not always available, only at this time of the year. Since we don't have our own moringa tree, we have to buy its fruit from the market. It's price is quite high in the market. My husband bought some moringa fruits for us yesterday. So today I made this wonderful recipe for you guys. So let's see my nutritious recipe today.

  • Moringa fruit's - 300 gm
  • Lentils - 200 gm
  • Tomato - Two pcs
  • Onion chop - Half cup
  • Garlic chop - One pc onion
  • Turmeric powder - one spoon
  • Salt - on taste
  • Soyabean oil - As needed
  • Green chili - on taste

First, I cleaned outer skin of the moringa fruits. Now cut the fruits into small pieces, wash them and put them in a bowl.

Now wash the lentils well with water and clean them.

Now put the Lentils in a pot with enough water. Then I added turmeric powder and salt one by one.

Now I continued to boil with enough amount of soybean oil.

This time I cooked the curry for twenty minutes with tomatoes and green chillies.

Now put a pan on the stove and pour enough soybean oil in it. Then fried it with garlic and onion until brown.

Now chopped onion and fried it and poured it into the boiled curry. Then I cooked the curry for another ten minutes. Our delicious curry is ready now its time to serve.
