Hello Hive👋 How are you friends? Hopefully all are well. Today I am here with a Vegan Recipe, This is Cabbage Pakorah in onion rings. In my family we love to eat cabbage 🥬 Pakorah in winter season. Cabbage has rich nutrition value, I also added Carrot on it. Yesterday evening I just made it for breakfast, we enjoyed this food much. I make it with easy process, anyone can make it. Let's see how i cooked this. The ingredients are below.
- Cabbage - 200 gm
- Carrots - 100 gm
- Flour - 1 Cup
- Chili - on taste
- Onion chop - half cup
- Onion Ring - 1 onion (big size)
- Galic paste - 1 spoon
- Tasting salt - half spoon
- Salt- on taste
- Sugar - 1 spoon
- Magic spices pack (combined spices) - 1 pack
Firstly I chop the Cabbage and Carrots in thin size. Then took them in a plate.
Now I took a bowl put Cabbage and Carrot chop.
Now I give the Onion chop and Chili chop.
Now I added one spoon Garlic paste.
On this step I added magic spices pack and tasting salt.
Now I add Flour and water. Then I mixed them with hand.
Now I added salt and sugar. Then I mixed it properly. This Pakorah mixture is ready.
Now I put a Frypan on oven, then applied some cooking oil on it. Then I put the onion Rings and give the Pakorah mixture on them.
Now I Fried both side of Pakorah. Then I took them in a sieve.
This is tasty food and good breakfast for evening time. We just enjoyed this food. You can try it on your own kitchen. That's all for today.
