Vegan Recipe: Banana mocha fry. || Nutritious food.

Hello friend's 🤗 Good night from Bangladesh. I am back again with another Vegan Recipe hopefully all friends will like my Recipe. Today I am going to cook Banana mocha fry. I cooked this dish for the first time in my life, but my mother used to cook and feed us. The food is very tasty and nutritious. I didn't want to eat at first, my mother forced me to eat on the first day, after that sometimes I ate when my mother cooked. But this is the first time I cooked it, but I found it quite troublesome to cook. Still, I struggled today to show you ☺️ So let's start today's recipe.

  • Banana mocha - 1 pc
  • Onion chop - Half cup
  • Turmeric powder - half spoon
  • Cumin powder - half spoon
  • Salt - on taste
  • Soyabean oil - As needed
  • Garlic paste - hslf Spoon
  • Zinger past - half spoon
  • Green chili - on taste
  • cinnamon - 1 pc
  • Bay leaf - 1 pc

First, I removed the upper skins of the banana mocha and collected the inner flowers.

Slowly I collected the banana flowers inside the whole banana mocha.

Now take the banana flowers in a bowl.

In this step, peel off the tough skins on the banana flowers. To be honest, I found this work to be quite harder.

Then soak the banana mochas in water for 20 minutes in a large bowl. Then I boiled the banana mochas in a bowl with water.

In this step I boiled the banana mochas with salt and turmeric powder for 15 minutes.

Now put a pan on the stove and pour enough soybean oil in it. When the oil is hot, fry the bay leaves with cinnamon and onions.

Now add turmeric powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin powder one by one. Then I grinded the whole spices with green chillies.

Now add the boiled banana mochas and mix well with the masala.

Now take 15 minutes and shake it well with chameez and make banana mocha fry. Our delicious banana mocha fry is ready now its time to serve.

To be honest, it's been a long time since I played this dish and it tasted amazing when I made it myself. This is a very nutritious dish. You can also eat banana mocha fried like this if you want.
