Vegan Capchai
Ingredients
2 baby corns
1 carrot
9 bird's eye chilies
1 tomato
2 Spring onions
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Cooking Procedure
Step 1
The steps in making vegetable capcai are very easy and you can follow them easily. As for step by step, what you have to do first, you have to cut all the ingredients to the size you like.
Step 2
Soak the broccoli in the salt water for about 10 minutes, to remove any invisible tiny animals on the broccoli.
Step 3
Sauté the shallots and garlic as well as chilies and tomato chunks. Sauté until everything is wilted.
Step 4
Add the carrots and add a little water to cook the vegetables.
Step 5
Add baby corn which has been cut in pieces, stir and cook again.
Step 6
Add salt and also pieces of broccoli, then don't forget to correct the taste.
Step 7
Stir the vegetables and add 1 teaspoon of the mushroom stock and also the cornstarch solution mixed with water. Cook until educated and the vegetables are cooked just right.
