Vegan Capcai For The Perfect Dinner

Vegetables are a favorite dish at home, my family and I are very happy with various kinds of vegetables. Moreover, the vegetables that are processed are perfectly combined from the vegetable ingredients that we like.

As a lover of various processed vegetables, of course you are no stranger to this one menu, namely capcai. Now, these vegetables are usually processed with non-vegans which are added with seafood or meat. But here I will make it with a different variant, which is vegan-based with a perfect complement of creamy sauce that depicts capcai in its original form.

Capcai is often classified as a luxurious vegetable dish, usually we encounter this dish a lot in restaurants or at family gatherings. But making a variant with home characteristics would be better, right? Moreover, it would be easier for you to imitate it at home.

Actually, this dish is a special dish originating from China, but here many local people prepare capcay with the typical variant from Indonesia. Capcay itself is a name that is interpreted as a variety of vegetables. So you can easily find various kinds of vegetables in this dish. Ingredients

1 piece of broccoli
2 baby corns
1 carrot
9 bird's eye chilies
1 tomato
2 Spring onions
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon cornstarch



Cooking Procedure


Step 1
The steps in making vegetable capcai are very easy and you can follow them easily. As for step by step, what you have to do first, you have to cut all the ingredients to the size you like.

Step 2
Soak the broccoli in the salt water for about 10 minutes, to remove any invisible tiny animals on the broccoli.

Step 3
Sauté the shallots and garlic as well as chilies and tomato chunks. Sauté until everything is wilted.

Step 4
Add the carrots and add a little water to cook the vegetables.

Step 5
Add baby corn which has been cut in pieces, stir and cook again.

Step 6
Add salt and also pieces of broccoli, then don't forget to correct the taste.

Step 7
Stir the vegetables and add 1 teaspoon of the mushroom stock and also the cornstarch solution mixed with water. Cook until educated and the vegetables are cooked just right.

Well, this is the capcai vegetable which has a creamy sauce and a variety of soft vegetables. The taste of the delicious combination of vegetables really makes me really like it. This is the best texture for this vegetable combination preparation. Vegetable capcai is often a favorite menu at home, sometimes this is a vegetable preparation that makes me always hungry. I often combine this as a side dish for rice dishes at home.
