Inspired by one of the dishes on social media some time ago which made a spectacular vegan dish. They make cauliflower with a vegan cream that is very rich in spices. This makes me really want to process this vegetable to make it very delicious on my kitchen table. With simple spices, no vegan cream, vegan cheese makes it sometimes very difficult for me to replicate the original recipe. So the right alternative is to use any spices that I think can deliver a delicious taste. Of course, I still pay attention to the taste that suits my taste buds, so that later you can enjoy it with happiness.
Mixed Cauliflower, String Beans and Carrots with Spices is actually not a difficult dish to make. Anyone with easy materials can do this whenever he likes. So, in this recipe, I use spices from onions, green chilies and romat. The seasoning is simple but it can create an extraordinary taste that I think.

Materials Needed
2 carrots
100 grams of koro beans
1 spoonful of salt
1 tomato
5 green chilies
¼ onion
2 cloves of garlic
Cooking Procedure
I started by preparing the ground spices by cutting the tomatoes, half the onion, garlic and 3 green chilies.
Puree with a blender using enough water.
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces according to taste then soak in salt water.
Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces so they cook easily when stir-fry.
Then finely chop the remaining onion to sauté it so it smells good.
Saute the onions in two tablespoons of cooking oil, then add the ground spices.
Chop the green chilies then add the stir-fry chili until the spices are cooked.
Add water, then add the string beans and cook until the string beans are soft, then add the carrots.
Add salt, if the water has reduced, add cauliflower, stir occasionally until cooked and don't forget to adjust the taste.
Results
The dish of cauliflower and other vegetable combinations is ready to be served. Ahhh how happy I was that the spices were plentiful as I expected. The natural sweet and savory taste of vegetables makes this dish the most delicious stir-fry I have ever enjoyed. Because all these vegetables have a sweet taste, when they are processed into a spicy and savory dish, they are really delicious in my opinion.
