BANANA MUFFIN
The natural taste of soft cake is created here, an inspiration for vegan snacks to make people around you happy is today's impromptu snack menu. My nephew came to visit me yesterday, I took the initiative to make him a soft cake to enjoy later when he came. There aren't many ingredients to prepare, it's quite simple and easy to work with. So that makes me not too bothered in preparing it, a busy day is indeed very suitable for preparing this snack.
Actually this is my first time preparing vegan muffins without eggs, back before the toaster oven existed I used to make cakes made from bananas by steaming or frying them. But trying a cake that is baked in a shape that attracts the attention of children is number one that must be considered. Well, it has to be neat and as detailed as possible, the main goal is to make my niece happy. It's as simple as creating happiness in the family, serving delicious food for them something they dream of.
Materials Used
Lots of people make muffins with various recipes that might be too difficult for you. But in my opinion, this is the easiest recipe with simple ingredients that you must have in your kitchen. Intrigued by what I use in preparing muffins, let's see what I use in making them.
5 ripe bananas
250 grams of wheat flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional)
100 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
½ teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon vanilla powder
100 ml cooking oil
Some Sprinkel for garnish
¼ teaspoon salt
100 ml of warm water
Steps To Make
Prepare a larger container, then puree the bananas using a mixer or chopper. Then add sugar and salt and stir until evenly distributed.
Next add the cooking oil, and mix again until well mixed.
Add baking powder and vanilla powder and mix again
Add baking soda, then add flour and chocolate, don't forget to strain it first so it doesn't get lumpy.
After filtering both add vinegar and then mixer again until well mixed.
Then add enough warm water here I added 100 ml, mix again until the dough is good.
Prepare a muffin tin or muffin tin lined with greaseproof paper and add the cake mix to it.
Add colorful sprinkles on top to make it look pretty. If you want the sprinkler not to melt, you can add it when the cake is half cooked.
After all is done, bake the dough in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. So, before baking, don't forget to preheat the oven first.
Results
Banana muffins are ready to serve, serve banana muffins in a plate to welcome my niece. How happy they are to see a cake dish that, if you try it, doesn't smell like bananas at all. The right sweet taste and soft texture really suit what I want.
