Easy way to prepare Broccoli and Tofu

Hi planpoweronhive community, happy activities to all of you, it's a pleasure to be able to explore various recipes and share some selected recipes with all of you here. All mothers should have different ideas every day in serving various menus at home. Including me, when I woke up early, after cleaning myself up, I immediately struggled in the narrow kitchen. It's not easy to have to think about many menus in the morning. After opening the refrigerator to see some of the available vegetable ingredients, usually my idea immediately comes up with one simple dish.

Sauteed Tofu Broccoli

Having stock of broccoli and tofu, immediately came up with the idea to make an easy meal, namely stir-fried broccoli tofu, this menu is very easy to prepare, but has a good taste in my opinion when eaten with warm white rice. Moreover, eaten during the day is definitely very suitable to enjoy rice which is generally a heavy meal with a touch of stir-fried vegetables that have high nutritional value, especially having a really delicious taste quality that will definitely give a new color to your dish.

Materials Used

100 grams of broccoli
1 piece of white tofu
2 Spring onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 tomatoes
1 red chili
3 green chilies
1 tablespoon mushroom broth
1 tablespoon salt

Cooking Steps

Step 1 First, I soak the broccoli in a brine solution for 10 minutes. Then cut the broccoli vegetables according to taste.

Step 2 Then, continue to cut the tofu into squares, then cut all the ingredients according to taste.

Step 3 Next, sauté the shallots and garlic, then add the chopped chilies and tomatoes. Saute until tender, then add a little water to taste.

Step 4 Next, season with salt and add a teaspoon of mushroom broth. Stir again until smooth.

Step 5 After the spices are absorbed, add the broccoli pieces, then stir until evenly stir-fry until the broccoli is cooked and begins to soften.

Step 6 Now after the broccoli starts to soften, add the tofu pieces, then cook again until all the ingredients are perfectly absorbed, and the stir-fried broccoli is ready to be served.

Results

The soft taste of tofu and broccoli are crunchy and densely textured, very delicious. The distinctive aroma of broccoli and tofu blends well, creating a savory taste with a slight spicy taste sensation. I really like stir-fry vegetables of any kind, therefore stir-fry is the easiest recipe and produces delicious food in my opinion.
