Chickpeas are one of the cheapest vegetables in my area. Many people dislike chickpeas because of their tough texture. However, many menus can be processed from chickpeas actually, as long as the right way of handling chickpeas when it will be processed later. So today I will cook one of the simple dishes that is percent vegan made from chickpeas.
Chickpeas Stir in Spicy Sauce
Chickpeas Stir-fried in Spicy Sauce is one of the processed chickpeas with chili sauce, with the provision of sweet soy sauce to neutralize the spiciness of the chili. Chickpeas are cut and then stir-fried with the seasoning. Now this dish was inspired by one of the processed dishes that I found on social media some time ago. It's just that they use other vegetables for this preparation.

Ingredients Used
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 bay leaves
5 cayenne peppers coarsely crushed
Ground spices
1 clove of garlic
2 red chili peppers
1 tomato
10 grains of pepper
1 candlenut
Preparation Procedure
Cut all the spices, then blend the spices until smooth with a little water.
Cut all the beans top and bottom, remove the side of the beans because it is hardened.
Then cut the chickpeas into small pieces, and then wash them thoroughly.
Heat the cooking oil, then saute the spices with a little cooking oil.
Then saute until the spices boil and shrink slightly, add soy sauce and cayenne pepper.
Add the bay leaves, then add the chickpea pieces.
Cook until the chickpeas are tender, then season with salt. Sauté everything until the water shrinks slightly and the chickpeas wilt.
Result
The chickpea dish is ready to be served on a serving plate. This vegetable was served at the dinner table when my mom and dad broke their fast yesterday. They were fasting on Shawwal, so I thought giving them a surprise of processed chickpeas would make them happy. Especially since my mom loves chickpeas, she usually makes chickpeas for soup but I surprised her with my new recipe.
And you know what, when my mom tasted it she was very happy, it turns out chickpeas are also very good processed into this dish. I also said that it is actually tastier when the chickpeas are fried. But I avoided excessive oil in my mom's dish.
