Purple Corn Porridge
This purple variant of corn grits, really surprised me, well even though I usually see purple corn it in the supermarket but this time finding it in the market is something different, isn't?. It's corn not at all sweet, the natural corn flavor that is distinctive makes me really like it even though it's the first time I've tasted it. Well Making porridge is indeed very easy and fast, and the taste will be satisfying in the end, because this is the right choice in situations like this. I will invite you to prepare step by step in the preparation of this all purple Porridge.
Materials used
1 sweet potato
50 grams of red beans
purple glutinous rice 50 grams
Coconut milk 1 liter
100 grams of sugar
Steps To Make
Step 1
Wash the glutinous rice and red beans until completely clean. Then boil the beans until the beans are tender.
Step 2
After the beans are soft, add the glutinous rice and cook again until cooked.
Step 3
Then slice the corn kernels, and put it in the boiling pan and cook until everything is cooked.
Step 4
Cut the sweet potato according to taste, here I cut it into small pieces then also add it to the boiling pot.
Step 5
Boil until everything is tender, then add a teaspoon of salt.
Step 6
Add 2 pieces of pandan leaves, conclude then add coconut milk.
Step 7
Stir again and cook until the coconut milk boils.
Step 8
Add sugar, and taste correction, I also added a little vanilla powder.
