However, this time I want to make fried dumplings with corn dumplings made with flour and a mixture of sweet corn.
Of course, this is foreign to you, because you usually see fried dumplings filled with vegetables, but this time they are filled with dumplings. Different, but the taste quality is also very delicious.
Materials Used
1 piece of corn
5 spoons of wheat flour
1 spring onion.
1 stalk of celery leaves.
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon ground pepper
4 cayenne peppers
Cooking Procedure
Wash the shelled corn kernels thoroughly then mix the flour into the corn kernels.
Cut the cayenne pepper into small pieces into the flour and corn mixture.
Chop the spring onions, shallots and white onions then add them to the flour mixture.
Add water, then stir until evenly mixed, then season with salt, pepper and mushroom stock.
After the dough is finished, prepare 1 sheet of dumpling skin, then cut all the corners.
Then take a spoonful of dough, put it on the dumpling skin then fold it until it takes shape.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown over low heat. So don't forget to turn it back and forth, when you are going to fry it so that it cooks evenly.
