Let's make a mouth -watering pineapple pickle in two steps

I don't feel like eating because I have a cold. So I made a pineapple pickle and ate it. Pineapple can reduce appetite. So this is a small recipe. But I thought I would share this with you.Everyone likes to eat mouth-watering pickles. Actually, there is a trend for pickles now. Today, you can see stalls selling different types of pickles on the streets.

Such pickle shops are mostly seen in countries like India and Sri Lanka.Because countries like India and Sri Lanka have similar recipes.
So pineapple is a very popular fruit among everyone. Pineapple has a very sweet mouth-watering aroma. So eating this kind of fruit can reduce appetite.

Because pineapple contains calories, vitamin C, fiber, and other nutrients, it can be introduced as a healing fruit for some diseases.

It cures the pains in the throat. In cases of colds, eating pineapple can cure those diseases. actually , i ate pineapple because of phlegm in my throat.My throat felt good feeling when I ate pineapple.



So this is the method

What we need for that recipe

Ingredients

  • Pineapple 450g
  • Sugar 02 tsp
  • Chili powder or chili flakes 1/2 tsp
  • Salt powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp


  • 1 step

First remove the peel of the pineapple .Cut the pieces like this or any way you like.



  • 2 step

Then add to that half teaspoon of chili powder , 2 teaspoon of sugar , half teaspoon of black pepper powder and salt powder . Mix these all ingredients well. If you like more spicy , you can add more chili powder and black pepper powder .





Actually ,You can eat this pineapple pickle with rice as a salad. So we can eat pineapple in various ways, but it is always better to eat the fruit naturally. Pineapple can be added with other fruits and eaten as a dessert. So eat fruits naturally. That will give you a healthy life. Stay healthy
