  • 250 grams of winged beans
  • A small chopped tomato
  • Chopped garlic
  • Curry leaves and Rampe
  • Chopped green chilies
  • Chopped onions

  • Two teaspoons of chili pieces
  • Half a teaspoon of pepper powder
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Salt as needed
  • A little tamarind juice
  • Coconut oil for frying

Preparing steps

  • First, wash the winged beans well, cut them into small pieces and keep them aside.

  • Heat a pan and add coconut oil.

  • When the oil heats up, add curry leaves, rampe, chopped garlic, chopped onions and chopped green chillies and fry until golden.




  • Now add pepper powder, chilli pieces, turmeric powder and salt as needed to the mixture.
  • After everything is mixed well and fried, add winged beans cut into small pieces and let them fry.


  • After about seven minutes add some tamarind juice and mix.

  • Then add chopped tomatoes and remove from stove after two minutes.
